MWAH!




Did you hear that?
That was me kissing good bye the idea of running 5 K for my birthday.
I was sick for a week and not able to do anything. I didn't even go to work.
Now I feel better but I still have a nasty cough and my head tells me it's better not to start too early again.
My  birthday is next week and my new goal is to get in at least one run before it.
Before I got sick I did pretty well and ran three times a week, even after work. Some days it was after 8 pm when I went out to run, but I did it. I am pretty annoyed with not exercising for two weeks now and I am toying with the thought of doing BFBM tonight and decide afterward if I am allowed/able to run again.
We'll see.
I've been pretty busy since my last post, with working and running etc.
My week looks kind of like this:
Mo-Fr:  Out of the house for ca 12 hours/day ,
Sat: running the errands I could not do during the week, because the stores are closed by the time I get home, plus laundry and grocery shopping for the week and an occasional outing on Saturday nights.
Sun: relax!!
I am looking forward to the day when this will be over.
The 4hr/day commute is just eating so much time which could be used better.
Well, this is just a little update on my life, nothing exciting, I know.
